Roh Moo Hyun's suicide seems to be partially a result of allegations of corruption.
Specifically he was under investigation for allegedly receiving millions of dollars in illegal bribes.
Politics are about the struggle for power. Unfortunately, there are many individuals who will do almost anything to gain power, almost anything to keep power, and while in power they will do almost anything they please. It is an unfortunate fact that many people are corrupted by nothing more than their own choice to be corrupt.
