There doesn't seem to be much information out there regarding the murder since the story first broke in early January, 2009.

Bonnie had recently written a book about her son, David Koresh (in 2007) but it is currently unknown if this had anything to do with the murder or not.

I suppose you could contact the Henderson County Sherrif's Office to ask for details on the case - if and when it is going to trial, that sort of thing. The Henderson County Sherrif's office web site is here:
