Reverse racism is the term typically used to describe when minorities use racism against a majority.
In the news recently, it has been used to describe a statement by potential Justice Sotomayer during a 2001 lecture:
"I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."
Both Newt Gingrich and Rush Limbaugh (as well as the usual suspects that go along with those two) have referred to this statement as racist.
Former congresswoman Cynthia McKinney has also been said to be a reverse racist.

Reverse racism is an oxymoron. Racism is racism and it doesn't matter which direction it goes.
