Yes, Obama does want to eliminate Earmark spending during his Presidency, however it proved impossible to do during his month on the job considering earmarks have been part of stimulus for generations.
He did limit the Earmarks on this budget to only 3.8 Billion out of the 410 Billion stimulus, that is a tiny tiny percentage when you look at the big picture, the earmarks went to Republican and Democratic districts alike.

i want to know where my money is going didnt he promise no earmarks than why cant i find this
