What effect will it have on Cuba when Fidel Castro dies?

Media are again reporting that Fidel Castro might be seriously ill. Whether this is true or not, he is over 80 years old. What effect will it have on Cuba when he dies?

Very little. It appears that Raul is going to continue the course his brother set forth at the time of the revolution. In fact, he's already been running the country for a while, as Fidel handed it over to him at some point last year.

Immediately? Very little to none. He has already been incapacitated with serious illnesses for quite a while and seems to be fit to govern only sporadically recently, however, his brother took over fairly seamlessly, and that is what will almost certainly happen when Castro dies, whenever that is.

I think win he dies they may get a radical leader and plan attacks on other nations.
