Really Pelosi? You have to read verbatim your prepared statement? Is it just me or is it that when a person really knows something to be true, aren't they liberated from the exact syntax of prepared statements?
Also, she was briefed that "enhanced interrogation" was legal, but that waterboarding had not yet been used. So if it's legal, does it matter about whether or not it's been used?

Nancy Pelosi's accusal of the CIA of lying to her regarding waterboarding (along with her subsequent refusal to revise her statement) reminds me of the senior yearbook quote of a guy I knew in high school. He said "A lie you tell and stick to is as good as the truth." I think he may be a politician today.... Really Pelosi? You have to read verbatim your prepared statement?
