I subscribe to Newsweek. I like Fareed Zakaria specifically, though I don't always agree with his views.
Time is too ... "Time Person of the year is YOU!" ... focused on flashy and unimportant stuff.
Business Week is very business oriented, if I was looking for a business magazine that might be my first choice.
I like US News and World Report but I don't trust it as much; Newsweek feels like "the news for Americans" and USNews like "American News". Hard to be specific but that's how it feels when I'm reading it.

However, if given more options, I would really prefer the Economist to all of them. It's a fantastic magazine.

I found your analysis to be very interesting. I did not realize that Zakaria wrote for Newsweek.

I like Newsweek the best out of these for typical news. Time is way too sensationalist for my tastes. Business Week is definitely the best out of this group for business reporting. However, if given more options, I would really prefer the Economist to all of them. It's a fantastic magazine.
