She was the last known Titanic survivor. So, unless someone survived the sinking of the Titanic and decided to keep it to themselves, all of the Titanic survivors have passed.
Interesting side note is that Millvina passed exactly 98 after the Titanic launched it's maiden voyage, on May 31, 1911.

According to the LA Times, she was indeed the last survivor. She was about 8 weeks old when the disaster happened.
