Is Misty Croslin's cousin Joe, who is now a suspect, the Joseph Mammano (reg. sex offender!) in Tenn?

Saw today that Misty has a cuz now suspect named Joe. There is a Joseph Mammano(reg.sexoffender)! in Tenn!
Is that her cousins name?? His d.o.b. is 9-1-80 and he lives in Mountain City. Just 2 hours from Knoxville where there was a Haileigh sighting!!

Fox and ABC reported that police are questioning Croslin's cousin, who is from Tennessee and was visiting when Haleigh disappeared on Feb. 10. Haleigh's mother said she was told Joe was a sexual pedophile. Croslin called him a criminal and said they don't trust him. According to CBS, Cumming's grandmother said Croslin's cousin molested Croslin as a child. The full name of the cousin has not been released yet.

It is kind of strange but the Joseph Mammano and Misty do look a little alike, the nose and mouth, droopy eyes, could be him. It would also be kind of odd that his conviction was in 97, making Misty (at the time) about the same age as Haleigh!
