Mark Sanford's mistress is Maria Belen Shapur. Cheating on your spouse or sleeping with a married person ruins the lives of the people you love, and I am horrified by his behavior.

As for Sarah Palin, she has never done anything to give the impression that she is immoral, unlike many of the idolized celebrities in America. I think it's tremendously bigoted for people to continue to call her slutty when she (unlike nearly every other woman on TV) actually dresses and behaves appropriately and is married to the father of (all of) her children. I understand disagreeing with her politics. I don't agree with Michele Obama, but I don't in any way refer to her as a slut (or even think it, for that matter). Disliking a person's beliefs is no reason to be reduced to ad hominem attacks on her character.
