Yes, unfortunately. The latest blaze is in Santa Barbara County. The latest reports have 13,000 residents fleeing their homes as the wildfire continues to burn, fanned by high winds. At least 20 homes have reportedly been destroyed so far, as firefighters struggle to contain the flames.
Less than six months ago, in November 2008, the devastating Tea Fire gutted hundreds of homes in roughly the same area.
