Open Thread: Elizabeth A. Thrasher and Cyberbullying
Thrasher is accused of posting personal info and images of her ex-husband's girlfriends daughter on Craigslist. Her attorney said it was a "practical joke" and that the new cyberbullying law was 'poorly written.' Do you agree or disagree? How should such situations be handled?

Even if the CyberBullying law was "poorly written", I would think that
there would be a number of other laws on the books that she has violated, such as Invasion of Privacy, Identity Theft, or Defamation that could and should be used against her.
I don't think the "practical joke" excuse is going to cut it.
Situations such as this should be prosecuted and time should be served.
