It is still too early to say just how much of the expansion will be alloted to your Oregon location. The White House Website whitehouse.org has only stated that they are expanding AmeriCorps from 75,000 slots to 250,000.
I'm sure there will be more information in a few months.
Sorry I couldn't find more information!
