No, but I know a few who DRUMMED their allowances!
(sorry . . . I couldn't resist!) ;)

Seriously, though, just enter "british parliament expenses",
without the quotes, into your favourite search engine,
and you'll find many a scandal!

That doesn't really answer the question at all...
The questioner was aware that the scandalls exists, he wanted to find MPS who WEREN'T involved in any of them.

Regardless of the impossibility of listing all corrupt, much less, incorruptible, public servants, the question was obviously rhetorical,
if not sarcastic, so my answer was in the same vein.

BTW, "scandals" has one 'L'.

P.S. Didn't I deserve any consideration in your comment for using the British spelling of "favorite"? ;)

Well there are currently 646 British MPs and the Daily Telegraph spent a couple of weeks going through them listing all of their 'Interesting' expense claims.So it should be actually possible (and quite informative) to produce a "white list".

Yes the question was obviously rhetorical, and so telling him to google for news of the scandal wasn't going to be a lot of use as he was clearly aware of it.

And now for my own confession. I'm paid an allllllowance for each l that I can use in any replllly.. To my shame I may have been trying to add extra lllllleters whenever I can get away with it.
