No, but i guess those people who went to the red cross shelter are there because of necessity cause by the flooding. very often flooding happen in my country philippines. We are hit by approx. 10 strong typhoon every year and people loss their home sometimes their lives. But that is scenario we have to face every year. It's not a great experience to be in a shelter but at that moments that's a good relief for people hit by disaster.
