Has he been sentenced?
All three were convicted, but I cannot find any record of a sentencing OR what has become of them since 2008.

He was found guilty to Count 1, Conspiracy to Kill, Kidnap, Maim or Injure Persons Outside of the United States. And conspiracy to kill alone is life inprisonment. Conspiracy to Maim is 35 years inprisonment as well, so its safe to say its definitely life inprisonment, and might even see the grand jury to decide the death penalty.
But to answer your question, as of late there has been no released sentencing to the three convictions.

So the conviction was a year ago. How can the United States government hold three men (two of them citizens) in jail for over a year, without actually sentencing them? Is there an appeal?
