I think it is never too late to punish somebody for crimes so horrific as to be unspeakable.
There is no statute of limitations on murder. People shouldn't be allowed to skate on murder charges just because they were able to evade the authorities for so long. And mass murder charges are even more severe. He should absolutely be tried for these crimes and if found guilty, I want to see him given the maximum sentence.
People need to be held accountable for their actions. And that's what we're doing here. He needs to be held accountable.
