If she truly does have comparable job offers from other networks and a majority of her peers, including people like Erin Andrews who have similar jobs, are flying first class then I'd be tempted to say yes. It's not like she's brand new at ESPN, she's been there since 2002 and has proven to be pretty popular. I gotta believe that all the male sportscasters she works with are flying first class, and although they've been around longer than her, I do think seven years of having to feel inferior on every plane trip probably gets old. If you can get more consideration from another network then go for it...

Do you think Stacey Dales made the right decision leaving ESPN?
Stacey Dales reportedly decided to leave ESPN because they did not pay for her to fly first class, even though they paid for many of her colleagues' first class tickets. Do you think she made the right decision?
