Building collapse in lower Manhattan? Any details?

According to reports, a vacant building collapsed in New York City this morning. It apparently happened in lower Manhattan, on Reade St., around 6 a.m. As of now, there are no reports of any injuries. Lots of debris everywhere, and a car was buried under the rubble. Firefighters and building inspectors were still on the scene.

I'm not positive, but I think this is in the Tribeca area? I know it's just a few blocks away from Ground Zero. New Yorkers, let me know.
