Best President Bush shoe joke/parody?

I just saw this parody of the George Bush Iraqi Shoes incident.

Since the incident President Bush has ask the Secret Service to revise the training/manual to include "how and when to take a shoe for the President" with initial training to take place in 2009 at "Sandals" resort.....required attendence to be certified !
