A fake news story claims that Zach Braff died. How can Internet users learn to separate news, rumors and fake news?
A fake news story appeared online today that said that actor Zach Braff had died from what appeared to be a suicide. The story featured a logo and page design that imitated CNN's and a link to the story was posted on Twitter, resulting in rumors online that Braff had died. How do you separate between rumors, news and fake news when you surf online and what tips would you offer to other Internet users?
