Jasmina's cancer cells have multiplied in recent days and she has just undergone her fourth round of chemotherapy. The chemotherapy is especially critical because Jasmina can receive a bone-marrow transplant only if her cancer cells are in remission. She's still waiting for a suitable match as the best source for a match would have been her brothers or sisters, but Jasmina was adopted so she has no brothers, sisters, or any known close relations.
