A polling feature introduced by MA for these new features would probably make it easier on the three of you. Then with the QOTD it could include a "thread" for each question where a voter can choose to say why they chose/support that question. I think more people will participate knowing they can just pick an answer quickly without feeling like they have to describe why they picked the question.

That would be a nice accompaniment to "Question of the Day"

Anyway, good luck running the QotD. I'm sure you, along with @robbrown and @jeffhoard, will do a great job :)

NEW FEATURES: Question of the Day and Mahaloian of the Week
Hello everyone,
Two new features that will be regularly appearing include QotD and MotD (Question of the Day and Mahaloian of the Week).
You will be seeing a lot of questions from myself, @robbrown and @jeffhoard on these - but what do you think of it all.
Do you like the ideas? Do you think a new feature should be added...such as AotD (Answer of the Day?).

@bunnyphuphu
It's an idea I have discussed with @robbrown. It may be a little difficult to do for you will have to search through A LOT of questions to find the answers that are the best of that day...but it is a good idea!

I'll have to start asking more questions now! I just need to think of what I don't know... Answer of the day is definitely something I'd also like to see. It's a big job looking through all the questions, but maybe you can just pick one from the member funded questions. That would drastically cut down on the number of questions you have to search through. Plus the member funded answers are usually of higher quality since the questions are topically harder to answer. Anyway, good luck running the QotD. I'm sure you, along with @robbrown and @jeffhoard, will do a great job :)
