I am always feel for a mahalo bulletin or notice board like my school. Are you think so?
When I go to school, at first look at the notice board in order to know upcoming news and events. When our school made any announcement then they made a notice to every classroom where we are present.
But if I miss this class then I can know about this announcement from noticeboard.
When any contest is coming of extra activities curriculum then I also get informed from notice board.
So I want a same feature in mahalo. It may place at mahalo answers or mahalodotcom.
So that if I miss a new announcement thread from mahalo stuffs about new feature or upcoming event then I can get inform about that from mahalo notice board.
Upcoming event may mahalo tutorial, belt test, new how to team and many many other events.
Please tell your opinion below. If you also think so then please add more advantages points of mahalo notice board.

I'm still trying to figure this place out, but I agree. I hope for some kind of direct messaging, forums, or announcement board where people can post and even discuss Mahalo questions when they'd just like to comment, or take it into a debate or what not. :) I don't like debating on the q & a threads but there are times when I don't want to answer the question but just say something and it's not really mahalo correct to do that if you're not in fact answering. :)

I agree. Announcement should not be drowned by another questions. Announcements and questions are entirely different things. Some of Mahaloians might not be interested or less interested in answering questions, only doing task and become page manager, like me.

If ever there is an important announcement Mahalo will label it with "Announcement" and it will be pinned to the top of Mahalo Answers, we'll generally keep it there for 12 to 24 hours, after that it will remain in the Community forum where it will remain for a few more days.
