You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I will suggest you to visit doctor or some specialist rather then asking for remedies over the web. I can suggest you a place where I have been for my knee replacement surgery its known as Ascot Hospitals International they have highly qualified and experienced surgeons. Its for sure that your knee pain will be cured and you will get relief from it.

Visit your doctor. If your doctor is not available now, take OTC ibuprofen tablet 400 mg 8 hourly. Ibuprofen or Diclofenac tablet will reduce your knee pain and inflammation , swelling if any. Hot water compression is also helpful.
Take care and consult with doctor.

The best thing that I have found for a quick fix is called "Dermablast" . It is kinda hard to find but you spray it directly on the pain area and it works. It's not greasy or smelly which makes it even better. Good luck

This is going to sound really out there but my grandmother told me that DW40 helps. Also, any type of fish oil which you can get from not only eating fish, but vitamins as well. Hope this helps you out.
