Need help in finding / getting into a trial of cloned antibodies, especially at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center
My sister has pleomorphic adenocarcinoma of the parotid gland that has spread to the brain. (It also spread to the lungs but those tumor were removed and there is no sign of any lung tumors now.) Does this treatment hold promise for her? Is there a way to get into such a trial, very soon?
Thank you!
(The experiment was done by the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/746074 )
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I found several adenocarcinoma trials that you can check them out and see if they suit your sister.
