about Potato Salad
Need a new, fabulous, non-traditional recipe for potato salad--need to blow their socks off!

Mechler Potato Salad
3 lbs. potatoes, boiled and cubed
3 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2 onion, chopped
2 large dill pickles, chopped (I just approximate with hamburger slice dill pickles)
3/4 cup Kraft (full fat, not that fat free kind) mayo (Cindy said that’s the only mayo that tastes good and I trust her judgement)
Mix all ingredients together and chill at least 2 hours. I chill it overnight, I find it gets better with age.
Also don’t worry if you overboil your potatoes and it turns into mashed potato salad.
