In Oregon, a similar smoking ban went statewide this year. There were some exceptions made though, such as cigar shops and cigar bars. These were places that cigar sales made up a large portion of the business and because of that were allowed to continue to keep smoking. It was common sense deal, as anyone walking into a cigar shop should understand that cigar smoking may be involved.
