What was Chuck Daly's top shining moment and why?

I don't think anyone can deny that Daly was a legendary coach and leader, but which moment was he at his finest?

The sports world lost a great man today, we'll miss you Chuck.

It's a sad moment. NBA tribute for Chuck Daly is the CD lapel pin worn by coaches throughout the playoffs.

His shinning moment is when he coached the original Dream Team to the Olympic gold medal (1992) after winning back-to-back NBA championships with the Detroit Pistons. That makes him the first coach to win both NBA title and Olympic gold.
