Your computer (PC or Mac) needs to meet the system requirements. Further, you need fast Internet connection.
Not all currently played games being broadcast via League Pass. If there are only few games happening in the league, they usually show them all.
For example, today (3/26), there are 3 games being played and all of them are available from League Pass (Lakers-Pistons, Heat-Bulls, Suns-Trail Blazers).
Please also note that League Pass available in certain countries (at this stage: 75 countries).

nba broadband has streaming online but is subject to local blackout laws in your area. So laker games can't be viewed in LA. Local TV affiliates get the games. nba.com has it listed. Good luck
