I can only imagine this would hurt his image, or at the very best it will have no effect (most certainly not help it). Now everyone knows that he has been dunked on, so its not like it will cover up the fact it happened, and it proves that his ego (or Nike's) is too fragile to have proof of it happening out there for people to see. There is no possible way it could end up being good for his image, and i would be willing to bet that sooner or later Nike will decide to release the video to the general public again in hopes that it will make them look more honest (and seeing as it won't benefit them any to hide it). They will likely stick to their story that it was "confiscated because videotaping of after-hours pickup games at the camp is not allowed." though, and just claim that was their policy; however they will have decided to let people see it as a matter of interest or something along those lines.

Do you think LeBron James hurt his image by having the video of Jordan Crawford dunking on him confiscated?
LeBron dunks on people all the time and now he's threatened by being dunked on by a little-known college player? Is his ego that fragile? Do you buy the story that the tapes were confiscated only because they were officially taken after the camp?

Just depends whether it was Lebron or Nike that took the video away. I mean there are million of college players that could dunk over NBA players no matter how good they are. Doesn't mean they are better than the NBA players. IF Lebron did take it away then I think that would look bad for his image, but I doubt we will know the real reason why http://blog.nj.com/nets_impact/2009/07/large_lebron-james-free-agency-707.jpg

Yes, I think he hurt his image. I am not really into sports, but I have heard great things about LeBron James. The kids in my neighborhood talk about him all the time. Now, thanks to this video he wanted, they are talking about Jordan Crawford. LeBron should have more confidence in himself. He is a great at what he does. Jordan Crawford was just having a great time and had good luck.
