Name of family sci fi movie with frustrating, slow robotic arm
At time critical point in movie the robotic arm of the super gizmo machine (can't remember exactly what it does) must place substance into mix to save the day (can't remember why). After watching robotic arm move in deliberate, exagerated articulations the hero finally grabs the vial and does it manually saving the day.
