about Whoopie Pie
My whoopie pies do not rise very well and become sticky usually overnight. Can you help?
I could give you recipe but there is no room here
6 tbsp shortning,1 c sugar, 2 eggs, 2 1/4 c flour, 5 tbsp cocoa,1/2 tsp baking p.
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Baking s., 1 tsp coffee, 1c milk, 1 tsp vanilla

Thanks, krysstel. I have heard of that before. I will but new Baking Soda & powder next time around. Anyone else care to comment?
