Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I think 10~12 month is OK My son stopped brest feeding after it was 10 month, and it is very strong, cute and smart now. If you feed it too long, later you will find it would be very difficult to feed him some other food.

usually it's best to stop breast feeding at around 6 months or so, but it is totally up to you how long you breast feed as long as you introduce somewhat solid foods at the age of 6 months to, as the child gets to 1 year old then you should consider introducing cows milk and juices to get the proper nutrition your child needs at this stage of the childs development

Its really up to each individual and baby, but most experts recommend around 6months of age because that is when a baby needs other foods in his diet to get enough nutrition.

I agree with MM. The dr. think at least 6 months for all the benefits of breast feeding. It is up to you when the time to stop is right, but my wife thought teething was about the right time. I understand her point of view. Enjoy your baby, they grow really fast.
