My please vote question for $5 went POOF! Was there a reason for this?
On a side note it appears I'm out the $5 I put on the question.

The good news is that Mahalo is aware of the problem, and JeffHoard addressed it here:

His comment is that several answers mysteriously vanished over the weekend, and if you message him he can manually restore the question.
