My parents are gone for the night, so what can I cook that's fast and safe?
I don't want to order pizza, so what is something that I can fix for dinner that is easy and won't burn down the house? Are there kid friendly] that I can make?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Some teen and kid friendly recipes can be found on many websites. They have been designed to be safe and easy for young people. One such site is, http://kidshealth.org/teen/recipes/. There are recipes for all sorts of foods that do not need to be cooked, like smoothies and yogurt. At, http://southernfood.about.com/od/cheesesnacks/r/bl40312w.htm, this is a recipe for microwave nachos, which is great because there is no oven involved.
For more microwave recipes that you will not have to use the oven or stove go to: http://www.creativehomemaking.com/cooking/microwave-kids.shtml. They have a lot of different things to cook and make that are safe and easy. Some examples of what they have are, microwaved “baked” apples, Cordon bleu chicken patties, and more. This site, http://kids.cdkitchen.com/recipes/cat/113/, is a good one for desserts, like smores and peanut butter smores.
