My left testicle is larger than my right testicle.

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

According to several sources, sperm production is based, at least partially, on testicle size. The change in amount of sperm your testicles produce, however, is likely to be negligible, because chances are one testicle is not significantly larger than another. The size really matters if the surface area is statistically larger. For example, a large bull will produce more sperm than a adolescent rodent.
