My leather sandals are beginning to smell... How can I clean them and make them not stinky??
I love these sandals - they have a bottle opener!! I've had them since March and paid a decent price for them. I don't want to get rid of them, but they're starting to become somewhat offenseive...
How can I clean them without ruining them??

There are many ways to combat stinky sandals. You can sprinkle them with baking soda, place them in the freezer to kill bacteria, or place them out in the sun to help dry up the stinky sweat. The important thing to remember is to keep air circulating around the sandals at all times when not in use. Foot powder on your feet before you wear the sandals may help too.

Outstanding suggestions!! I tried Clorox wipes and that didn't seem to work.
Perhaps the baking soda will work... I hear that works for almost anything. Right on! Thanks very much indeed!
