My knees and shins are hurting from my morning run/walk routine. Any suggestions on how to ease the pain (other than drugs)? Stretches? Ice?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It's good to hear your referring for a non-pharmacological remedies. There were many interventions under pain, such as cold compress on the affected area, proper positioning after the said routine exercises as it both help the nerves and muscle to relax and also for the blood to be able to flow at it's dilated paths. Under best options are the massage or spa as a good way to help your affected nerves and muscle get into cooling and stimulated, it also boosts pain receptors. Try to have some cheap spa days for the best relaxation while intervening body pains.
