My Itouch no longer charges or even registers as being plugged in. Both on my Ipod Stereo and the usb plug for my computer. HELP!!!
What I want to know is how much is it going to cost to fix do you think? Is it fixable? Is it tradable for a new one? Is it still under warranty since I bought last year?
The problem with it is this when I plug it in it does not register as being plugged in to the item unless I like wiggle it or bend it really hard in the port then sometimes it will register on and off.

The warranty on the iPod is valid for one year. So if you bought it after May 17, 2008, you can get it fixed or replaced for free.
The best thing to do is to take it into the Apple Store. You can find the nearest store here: http://www.apple.com/buy/locator/
They will have the serial number on file and they'll be able to tell you if it's under warranty. In addition, if it's an easy fix, they'll be able to tell you that as well.
Let's assume that it's the worst case scenario, and the device is broken and it's not under warranty. It sounds like a power issue, which is related to the logic board of the device. To get that replaced, I would guess you're looking at about $100-150.
