My grandmother just bought an Apple iPhone 4, because an ad claimed she could watch tv with it! Is this possible?

Or maybe she got confused with the Apple iPad? I don't know myself. But are there any step by step videos to help my gran to use all the features of her new Apple iPhone 4? I mean she still has a list of phone numbers and copies the number every time she wants to phone somebody! Please help!
