my ex-wife used my social to open several accounts fraudulantly. I filed a police report, but nothin has been done. How do I prosecute???

I think that this is more a case for the feds than the local police department. I know here, the local police aren't good for these types of crimes. You will probably have to do a lot of the work yourself. You should contact the Federal Trade Comission... along with the banks that she opened the accounts with.
