The father married after my daughter left him. His mother also joined in and lied extremely so on the witness stand. All three continuous came at my daughter even to the point of filing a false assault charge. I was there and no such a thing happened. We live in different states. That charge cost her job. The father is not following the court orders. They have joint custody with the child living with the father. Recently we were able to get an address but no one was there. We do not know where my grandson is. My daughter told me that before she had my grandson, the father told her that he would take the child, give him to his mother and have her killed and collect insurance. I do believe her, very much. Can you help us?

I'm really sorry for your situation and hope you get some resolution soon. I just wanted to be sure that you understood, the page you entered your question from was about John Walsh, not his site personally. I am nut sure if they can help you but you might want to post on the "America's Most Wanted" Forum. I doubt he could be classified as most wanted but they may be able to tell you how to get some legal assistance.
