Look in your operating / owner's manual index for FUSE and it will provide the location of the fuse box as well as a layout of the fuses identifying which one is for the dash lights. It is probably one of the small (e.g. 5 amp) fuses.
Depending upon the car, it may include a spare fuse and removal / installation tool in the fusebox.
If you are charming, a trip to the local auto parts store to purchase the fuse will also result in the staff installing it for you.
