My computer thinks I'm visually impaired because everything on it has suddenly become supersized. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It is also possible that the Properties of the display have been changed such that the screen resolution is set too low. Right click on your desktop background and select Properties. Click on the Settings tab and you should see an area to adjust the screen area (pixels). More this towards more.

M$So check your Properties under your Control Panel Display settings. If that's not it, then check your Firefox addons (if you have it).
