My cockatiels back toe doesn't move if I bring him to the vet what will they do to fix the problem? Check details for more info...

- I should add he has long nails that need to be cut could that be the problem to why hes not curling his back toe?
- I accidentally shut the cage door on his foot a long time ago. At the time his foot seemed fine and he wasn't limping so I figured he was fine could that be the cause of his back toe not moving?
