This is the most recent information I could find (from 2000, so not exactly current), but according to this article (http://news.cnet.com/Microsofts-woes-strike-mutual-funds,-pensions/2100-1001_3-239688.html) the top Mutual Fund investor in Microsoft was Fidelity Management. A couple of other big players were the Vanguard Group and Barclays Bank.

Sorry I couldn't find anything more current.
