Okay its April 21, 2009 and i have to do a project on katy and i have a few answers of where does katy perry live but they're all different .!.

According to her MySpace page, she mentions several. It's not unlike a performer (especially a young one) to not have an established home as they are constantly on the road and/or earning enough money to constantly upgrade their home.

Regardless, in her Biography on her website she mentions "paying her rent" and Hollywood in the same sentence. And it's one of the locations mentioned on MySpace, so I think that would be a safe answer for you.
