Well there are many places you can do that. One of them is Yahoo music just go in there and search for the song. You can also try Youtube or MSN music. Personally I like free.napster.com. I recommend this one the most!

You can listen to Mariah Careyls new song, Obsessed, on youtube which would be the best option unless you want to download the song.
If so there are many programs out there for that such as:

Napster: www.napster.co.uk/ *Want to Pay for music!
Limewire: www.limewire.com *Also Free

That is just a few, Also you can download her full Album with a Torrent Software such as:

Utorrent: www.utorrent.com/ *Free But play around to be able to use it.
