Dido is still around and very active.
Dido's 3rd album "Safe Trip Home" was released on 17 November 2008. The Album was a worldwide hit but perhaps didn't reach the acclaim of the previous album "Life for rent".
Rather than tour, Dido announced that she would go back into the recording studio to record her 4th album. Dido is working on this album now and no release date has been announced yet as to when this album will be officially released.
